4 Best Natural Remedies for Nausea and Indigestion:

1.Ginger helps against Pregnancy related Nausea:

Ginger is one of the most impressive home remedy for nausea. Its essential oils and sharp phenolic compounds affect the nervous system, the stomach and intestines and help to reduce nausea. Ginger helps very well against pregnancy-related nausea and nausea due to chemotherapy.

For this purpose: Add 1 teaspoon grated ginger in 1 cup of boiled, hot water, cover and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and for taste add a little lemon juice or honey. Drink maximum 3 cups of ginger tea a day.


2. Peppermint helps Digestion:

Apple cider vinegar helps very well against nausea caused by motion sickness, migraines and food poisoning. It also supports digestion and helps against various gastrointestinal disorders that cause nausea.

Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and drink. For better taste add honey to the mixture. This home remedy is highly effective if the nausea is caused by food poising or morning sickness. It also helps in lowering blood sugar level and for weight loss.



4. Lemon effective against Nausea :

Lemon contains neutralizing acids that are particularly effective against nausea. These acids assist in the formation of bicarbonates in the stomach, which in turn help against nausea caused by flu, flatulence, heartburn, upset stomach or bloating. Lemon also brings the pH of the body back into balance and aids in digestion.

For this purpose: Mix 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice with a teaspoon of honey and suck the mixture slowly to get instant relief.

Alternatively, the juice of half a lemon mixed in a glass of water, breathe the smell of this mixture until a couple of minutes and then drink slowly.
