Oily Skin Natural Home Remedies:

Milk:

Milk is one of the best natural cleanser. It helps to remove oil, dirt and clean the skin from deep within. Take Aloe Vera leaf and extract some gel. Now mix 2 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel with a cup of milk. Clean your face before going to bed every day with this mixture.

Clay Mask:

When skin is producing too much oil; clay mask can help tremendously in making the skin dry naturally. Making a mud mask at home and apply twice a week. Remember, the excessive use of clay mask can make your skin dry and damage.

Sandalwood powder:

Sandalwood is effective in getting rid of the oily face. Mix one teaspoon of sandalwood powder with honey and water. Let this mixture dissolve, apply this paste on your face and leave for at least 20 minutes. After that, wash your face with a cleanser.

Papaya with Honey:

Papaya fruit is very effective for skin disease. Take an overripe papaya and cut. Now separate the pulp and seeds. Make a paste by mixing a teaspoon of honey. Apply this paste for a few minutes on your face.

Apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is one of the home remedies used for many skin problems. It is one of the most effective ways to get rid of the oily face. Vinegar contains natural antibacterial properties and useful functions as a skin toner. Mix some baking soda with apple cider vinegar and use on the face to get rid of the oily face.

Citrus fruit juice:

Citrus fruits like lemon, orange and grapefruit are highly recommended for oily face. To use this remedy, choose your favorite fruit and make it juicier. Now mix with a teaspoon of honey and apply it on skin. Also consume as citrus as much as you can.

Egg yolk and lemon:

Egg yolk is another useful natural ingredient that works great for oily face. Take an egg and separate the yolk from the white part. Pour a little lemon juice and apply it on the face. This remedy also helps to soften the skin.

Oatmeal: 

Use uncooked oatmeal, a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of lemon juice to control oily skin. Make a thick paste with these ingredients; apply it on the face for 15 minutes. Then wash with warm water and dry your face.

Cucumber and yogurt:


Cucumber is natural moisturizer for oily skin, just chop an entire cucumber and place in blender, add tablespoons of plain yogurt. Mix and apply on face. Leave for 15-20 minutes and rinse.



Along with these remedies, it is important that you detoxify your system from within. Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day to flush toxins from the body. This will also help in removing fat from the skin through perspiration. Be careful of the food you eat. Stay away from fatty and processed foods. Rather, opt for fresh fruits and vegetables.
