Easy and Quick Weight Loss Tips





1. Use a smaller plate
People who use smaller plates tend to eat smaller portions and are still satisfied. By using smaller plates and bowls, you may be able to gradually get used to eating smaller portions without going hungry.


2. Plan your meals
Plan your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the week, making sure you stick to your calorie allowance.

3.  Eat Breakfast:
Research shows that regular breakfast eaters tend to be leaner and that dieters are more successful at losing weight.  Some people skip breakfast because they think it will help them lose weight, Pack your breakfast with protein and fiber both will help keep you satisfied all morning.

4. Eat high-fiber foods
Foods containing lots of fiber can help keep you to feel full, which is perfect for losing weight. Fibre is only found in food from plants, such as fruit and veg, oats, wholegrain bread, brown rice and pasta, and beans, peas and lentils.

5. Exercise Right
Going on a diet will help you lose some weight but it is not enough on its own. You will also need to make time to exercise. If you are not in the habit of exercising on a daily basis, start slow. Trying to do too much, too fast could result in injury and this will prevent you from being able to exercise for several days or even a few weeks.

6. Get Enough Sleep
While it may seem that there is no correlation between how much sleep you get at night and how much weight you put on (or lose) during the day, there is in fact a connection between the two. Sleeping well at night helps you to be well rested and eliminates stress. This in turn helps you be more relaxed throughout the day and thus better able to resist the urge to eat fattening “comfort foods”.
