Effect of Candies and artificial food on our Health




The consumption of artificial food (including sweets) that contain ingredients such as sugar or sweeteners in general, milk, flour and wheat products, animal products, and an endless list of most chemicals that are used to enhance the flavor what we eat, results in a poisoning happens unnoticed until our bodies are so collapsed scrubbers trying to get rid of trash they receive, they begin to fail. Recharging energy we feel when consuming sweet things is the result of a strong increase of the glycemic index, with direct passage to the blood sugar, the pancreas tries to reduce to secrete insulin, to send sugar to different cells . But the pick is so high, that the increase in insulin is huge, and after a while we feel tired again. So, you can generate a vicious circle , to feel the need to consume a stimulant , then get more tired and need more ... Sugar is extremely addictive and those who have suffered from its dependence know how hard it is to quit.

Concluding ...When we consume artificial food they robs us of energy and we become dependent on this extra energy flavor and false. Reduce our natural ability to distinguish instinctively what foods are conducive to our body and which do not make us well. Also pervades our taste buds, and when we consume more natural foods, bland perceive. They are a disincentive big to really nurture .

Therefore it is very important to start from small power to educate, offering children the fruit instead of cookies, fruit smoothies preparing station, instead of ice cream, or enjoy them in the colors and scents of large green salads with embellishments like peppers, oranges, fresh tomatoes, olives, cucumber, basil, squash, carrot ... ugh! There are so many possibilities of healthy foods that do not consider as an option, because we simply do not occur.
