Colon cleanse Recipe ~ Healthy & delicious smoothies

While regular intake of these smoothies can help you clean your colon. It is very important that we support a healthy and balanced diet. The colon is the part of the digestive system's main function is to remove waste from the body and to extract water and essential salts. To be responsible for treating all kinds of toxic materials that the body does not need, this can be affected when there are some difficulties to remove normally. The truth is that today many people are having problems with your colon as a result of poor diet and sedentary lifestyle . These two factors are the main causes of excess accumulation of waste, which generates an alteration in the normal functioning of all organs of cleaning.

This time I will share 4 colon cleansing recipes, liquefied rich in fiber and nutrients, ideal to clean your colon and keep you healthy.

1. Liquefied pineapple, cucumber and aloe vera
The liquefied pineapple, cucumber are foods that detox the liver and aloe vera has a mild laxative effect that helps remove accumulated debris in the colon, being suitable to cope with constipation.

All these ingredients make a significant contribution of water, fiber and digestive enzymes, which stimulate the body cleansing to get rid of toxins .

Ingredients
2 oranges
1 lemon
1 small pineapple
1 cucumber
1 apple
1 leaf of aloe vera

preparation
Squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon and reserve.
Peel and slice a small pineapple.
Peel and chop a cucumber.
Remove the gel from a leaf of aloe vera.
Enter all ingredients in a blender and add half a glass of water to facilitate blending.
Process all within minutes, until a homogeneous liquid and smooth.

2. Liquefied flaxseed, lemon and honey
Flaxseed is one of the best ingredients to stimulate colon cleansing thanks to its contribution of dietary fiber , both soluble and insoluble.

Combined in a smoothie with lemon juice and honey makes an excellent digestive and restored the intestinal flora to alleviate various diseases related to the gastrointestinal tract.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon flaxseed (10 g)
1 cup water (200 ml)
2 lemons
Chlorophyll 1 tablespoon (10 g)
1 teaspoon honey (7.5 g)

preparation
Soak a tablespoon of flaxseed in a glass of water and leave overnight.
The next day, strain the liquid and beat it in a blender with the juice of two lemons, a tablespoon of honey and chlorophyll.
Take it on an empty stomach and wait at least 30 minutes for breakfast.
The liquid can be varied by substituting lemon for a large slice of papaya or pineapple.

3. Smoothie kiwi, pear and linseed
The foods used for preparing this smoothie making a significant contribution of soluble and insoluble fiber to improve digestion.

4. Smoothie strawberry, pineapple and parsley

6 strawberries
1 slice of pineapple
