Lemonade Recipe for fast weight loss

There are foods that have the ability to help us digest, assimilate and eliminate fat properly to avoid build up in the usual areas such as thighs, buttocks, abdomen, etc.
In this article we present some of them, with which you can prepare a delicious lemonade fat burner that lets you lose weight much faster and in a much more pleasant way.


Fat burner lemonade?
This drink will surprise you by its ingredients since, although the main one is the lemon, it contains other lesser extent they are also very beneficial to burn fat.

Lemonade


Ingredients:

1 liter of water
1 organic lemon, with its peeling
2 sachets of green tea or red tea, or the proportional amount of two cups if bulk
A tablespoon of coconut oil or flax oil (15 ml)
A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, if possible, unpasteurized (5 ml)
A pinch of cayenne powder
Pinch of ground ginger
To taste pure stevia to sweeten

How do we prepare?

Separate part of the water and heat it to prepare the infusion.
Once you reach the boiling point, let stand 4 minutes and enter the infusion prepared and the remaining ingredients in a blender.
Beat for 30 seconds.
Strain the drink and is ready. We can make hot, warm or cold, to our liking.

When we take?

This drink will be more beneficial if we take separate meals , especially fasting, which is the time of day when the body is most receptive.

Lemon

Green tea
