8 Home remedies for longer eyelashes

The eyelashes improve the appearance and also protect the eyes, especially if they are long and thick and if this is not your case, you can use various home remedies to grow longer eyelashes.
A healthy and abundant food in protein and vitamins promotes eyelash growth, especially rich in vitamin B, and antioxidants such as vitamin C and E, and promote rapid growth of eyelashes, strengthens.
You can find vitamin B in foods of animal origin such as meats, organ meats and eggs and plant foods such as cereals, legumes, nuts, mushrooms, yeast and wheat germ. Vitamin C and E appear in citrus, avocados and green leafy vegetables.

Home remedies for longer eyelashes:

Castor Oil:

Apply a small amount of cotton oil on the eyelids and the base of the lashes every night before bed, to stimulate the growth of eyelashes and make them thicker. You can begin to see results past two months.

Mixture of Essential Oils:

Another method to grow eyelashes, making them thicker and stronger, prepare a mixture of essential oils in the following ratio: 1 teaspoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon of calendula essential oil, and ½ teaspoon of essential oil of rose. Pour into an opaque container which can retain up to ten days in a cool place and shake before use.

With a small amount of the mixture of oils, massage gently on the lashes, and eyes closed. Leave it for about thirty minutes; after that time, rinse with warm water and mild soap. You can apply this treatment twice a day in morning and evening.

Olive Oil and Lemon Juice:

To get longer eyelashes, use a mixture of olive oil and fresh juice of a lemon. Add four parts olive oil and one part of fresh lemon juice in a jar, and stir both ingredients well.
Apply a small amount of the mixture with a stick at the base of the tabs and along them, taking care not to enter the eyes, and let stand for 20 minutes; rinse lashes with cold water and dry gently without rubbing. Apply twice a day and kept in the refrigerator up to three days.

Vaseline:

To achieve long eyelashes effectively and naturally this home treatment is one of the best ways to show off a dazzling look. All that is needed is to get to market a small pot of petrolatum. To put it into practice you need to apply a little petrolatum above the lashes. Ideally, it is done right before bedtime, thus, the product will hydrate to the fullest and will help strengthen lashes perfectly.  The treatment acts overnight with greater intensity than in the morning, and this is why it is recommended to use at night to see the results.

Vitamin E oil:

Eyelashes need care according to the environment or geographical location where most of the time inhabited. To have them long and healthy are needed natural remedies, and the vitamin E oil becomes an alloy for this purpose. To lengthen lashes easy and simple this treatment is available in any natural market. Get an eyelash brush that is completely clean, then apply vitamin E oil to it. Make it go through the lashes making zigzag movements for the product to penetrate deeply. This method can be used every day.

Oil Blend:

This remedy is especially for thin lashes that often fall very fast.

Ingredients:
One tablespoon olive oil
One tablespoon avocado oil
One sweet almond oil
Mix all oils and apply to eyelashes every day before going to sleep.

Olive Oil

Treatment:

This procedure serves to lengthen and strengthen lashes.

Ingredients:
Three tablespoons pure glycerin
Three tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Three tablespoons sweet almond oil

In a bowl mix all ingredients and with the help of a swab apply half to the end of the lashes, keep the remainder of the mixture in the refrigerator for several days. Remember always do it at night before going to sleep.

Nivea Cream:

Ingredients:
One tablespoon water
Two tablespoons of castor oil
Two tablespoons Nivea
Mix these ingredients until well integrated with each other, apply a little of the mixture on the lashes with the help of a cotton swab. Do this every day, before going to sleep.
